"Mehr als ein Schreibtischjob" is a cinematic recruiting campaign for the Regierungspräsidium Stuttgart that plays with common clichés about administrative work, breaks them, and puts real people at the center.

Through three authentic portraits – from the central driving service to the recognition of international healthcare professionals and environmental education with the Ökomobil – the campaign showcases how diverse, dynamic, and meaningful public service can be.

Instead of polished studio setups, the campaign relies on real environments, real employees, and a visually modern aesthetic.

It proves how, with a small team and just a single shoot day across multiple locations, three unique professions and their compelling everyday realities can be brought to life.
